The life of literature, the bright star of literature. Dr. Mohammad Abu Taher was born on 01 February 1964 in Mirzatola village of Mirpur union under Bahubal upazila of Habiganj district. His father Md. Abdul Malek and Mother Hajera Khatun. Two sons M A Muktadir Iqbal, LLM (living in USA), M A Muntaqim Ikram, LLB (Hon’s) studying. The author Dr. Mohammad Abu Taher obtained LLB, LLM, MA (First Class), Ph.D. By profession served as an AGM & Legal Officer (Retd.) of Pubali Bank PLC. Greater Sylhet with great efficiency. He completed his banking career in 2022 and is currently working as a lawyer in Moulvibazar and is also serving as a part-time teacher in the law department of Sylhet International University.

Dr. Mohammad Abu Taher is a popular personality and media personality of the present time. He is a literary, writer, researcher, educationist, lawyer and intellectual. At present, he keeps up with various contemporary issues in electronic media, print media, online. Prathitasha is famous as a Bangladeshi thinker, writer and researcher. The analysis of national and international society, politics, culture and literature in his writings and speeches attracts people strongly. Among the young writers and thinkers of Bangladesh. Dr. Mohammad Abu Taher has many followers. He has been involved in journalism and writing in various national and local newspapers since 1982 when he was a student. He is like a living library when he speaks and discusses at various events. His range of knowledge is vast and extensive. The beauty of the words and the manner of speaking are so sweet that one just wants to hear them. If you search YouTube or social media, you can understand his speech and discussion very well.
